Pirlo tells Chelsea that Conte is the right man
Andrea Pirlo recently spoke quite highly of his former Juventus manager Antonio Conte, who is currently linked with the managerial job at Chelsea.
Pirlo stated that Conte is a total football man and thinks about football 24/7. The former AC Milan star has worked with the Italy manager during his time at Juventus where Conte was able to make the Italian club as one of the best in the world.
Pirlo stated that there were times in the dressing room when the team was winning but the manager was not happy with certain mistakes and expressed his anger for the same. He added that his former boss was very passionate about the sport and has known Conte to be awake late in the night studying videos and the opposition.
The New York City FC midfielder also mentioned about Elisabetta, wife of Antonio Conte, stating that she is a very understanding woman.
Pirlo believes that the current Italy manager, who is on the brink of signing a three year deal with the Premier league champions, will certainly be successful during his time in London.
