Liverpool interested in City's Fernando
It seems Jurgen Klopp is interested in signing former Porto midfielder Fernando from Manchester City. Klopp is looking to make certain changes in his midfield department and sees the Brazilian as the ideal candidate.
The Brazilian signed for City in the summer of 2014 but has failed to establish himself as a first team regular at the Etihad. There are reports stating that Pep Guardiola may let go off the midfielder when he takes over the reigns at the Etihad this summer.
Porto are hopeful that they can bring back their former midfielder back to the club if that situation arises. However, Klopp, who is looking to make changes to his Liverpool squad which he inherited from Rodgers, is looking to sign the Manchester City midfielder for a fee of around £10 million.
The 28 year old has been in and out of the team under Manuel Pellegrini having started 11 games in the Premier league and having made around 30 appearances in all competitions this season.
