Louis Van Gaal is certainly facing an uncertain time as a United manager. In football, it is often said that a week is a long time.

Ashley Young and Fellaini have been frustrated at Old Trafford at the moment.
For United, that particular statement fits the bill perfectly. The week after United won an all important derby against Liverpool, they suffered a painful defeat at home by lowly Southampton.

There have been reports that LVG has told the United management that he would be quitting the job. The pressure on the Dutchman has been immense after the latest defeat where again the fans have been utterly frustrated with the way United have been playing.

To add to the woes, it seems that all is not well with certain players in the United camp. It seems that Ashley Young and Fellaini have been frustrated at Old Trafford at the moment. Young seems that his chances at the Euros are diminishing due to the fact that LVG has written him off due to his injury.

On the other hand, Fellaini fears about his place in the Belgium squad because the he was not allowed to go on loan in this transfer window. Fellaini has featured in most of the matches this season under LVG but has been receiving most of the blame for the poor performances of the team.

With LVG really close to quitting and unrest among most of the players, the United management including Woodward would may be have to make a big decision regarding their next appointment earlier than expected.
