Bayern Munich star Thomas Muller has admitted that with the right amount of money, he may be tempted to move to the Premier League.

Muller was subject of a huge bid from Manchester United over the summer but Bayern was not willing to let go of the star, who had climbed up through the club's youth ranks. Bayern's chief executive Karl-Heinz Rummenige had said last week that the club has no intention to sell the forward. It is shortly after that, that the German has claimed that he would be tempted to move to Premier League.

Muller was being honest in his comments though as he said that it would be hypocrisy to say no to such huge amount of money. And he is right also as we saw in the summer when another Bayern star, Bastian Schweinsteiger, who had also come through the youth ranks, moved to Manchester United when the right offer came in a surprising move.

Muller was introduce to the first team by the current Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal and he might be tempted to rejoin with his former manager at Old Trafford.

Speaking to a German newspaper, Muller said that ultimately football was his job, and the wages do matter when it comes to making a decision. Muller is currently earning £150,000 per week at Bayern Munich, and while it in itself is a huge salary, the amount of money paid in the Premier league is far higher. With all the new TV deals coming in, the clubs in England have more money than ever and there will be clubs who would be even willing to double Muller's salary to convince him to join them.

Muller is a key player at Bayern and any team who wants to lure him away from Allianz Arena will surely have to pay top money to the German club as well.
