According to various reports, the developments of former Hull City midfielder Ben Arfa are surprisingly being tracked by incoming Chelsea manager Antonio Conte.
Ben Arfa had been signed by Newcastle a few seasons ago and had come to England with huge expectations. However, he had an uninspiring spell in England with both Newcastle as well as Hull City, where he had later joined on loan. His lack of commitment was severely criticized by Hull manager Steve Bruce.
However, the France International has found his feet in his native land with Nice. The 29 year old has been impressive for the French club this season.
