Paul Scholes has always vented his frustration at the current management, particularly United manager Louis Van Gaal for the playing style observed at Old Trafford and also with respect to the current predicament that the English giants are currently in.

Paul Scholes has drawn up United's summer transfer wish-list
It seems that the former England International has a three man list on who United should sign next summer. The former Manchester United midfielder believes that United would need a major overhaul in the next transfer window and listed the players he would like United to sign.

The list includes the likes of Luka Modric, who Scholes stated as an excellent player adding that the former Tottenham midfielder may be a bit on the older side. Along with Modric, Scholes named another Real Madrid player in Raphael Varane. United have been looking for a long term replacement for Ferdinand and Varane certainly seems to suit the bill.

Along with the Real Madrid players, Scholes stated that he would like his former club to sign Paul Pogba from Juventus. Pogba left United for Juventus under controversial circumstances ,when he felt that he was not being given enough game time and has gone on to become one of the most sought after midfielders in the world.

To be fair, the list of Scholes does look a bit far-fetched and the United legend has failed to understand that United do not have the same power of bringing in the best that they had under Sir Alex.
