The fact that Vitesse Arnhem is a club which benefits the most from the Chelsea youth academy is not something new. The Eredivisie club has been able to get many Chelsea youngsters on loan from the past few seasons and it seems that both Vitesse and Chelsea are benefiting from this deal.

Vitesse Arnhem want deal to keep Chelsea loanees at club longer
Chelsea, in past few seasons, have sent numerous players on loan with the most being sent to the Dutch club. Five of Chelsea's youngsters which include the likes of Dominic Solanke, Isaiah Brown, Danilo Pantic, Lewis Baker and Nathan are currently plying their trade at Vitesse Arnhem.

It seems that Vitesse chief Mohammed Allach has been very impressed with the performances of the loanees and wants to extend their deal till next season. He also added that these youngsters would be able to increase their experience with the club and could improve on their talent and skill.

The fact that none of these Chelsea youngsters would be able to make it in the first team squad in the near future may be helpful for the Dutch club and there is a good possibility that the Blues would actually consider the deal.

It is not possible to field all their youngsters in the first team but it always been seen as a strategy from the London club to take advantage of the sell on value of their youngsters. Their experience in the Dutch league would certainly help that strategy.
