Rooney doubtful for Bayern clash

Big news for Manchester United and Bayern Munich fans as Wayne Rooney is struggling to be fit for Manchester United's Champions League clash with Bayern Munich because of a toe injury.

Rooney has already been ruled out against Newcastle on Saturday, and he is now a serious doubt for Wednesday's second leg in Germany.

Robin van Persie is already out because of a knee injury, while Danny Welbeck and Javier Hernandez have rearely been used this season.
