Jose Mourinho wants £7.5 million Hamburg midfielder at Chelsea

Jose Mourinho wants £7.5 million Hamburg attacking midfielder Hakan Calhanoglu at Chelsea, who is said to be the next Ozil.

Hakan Calhanoglu  has been a top performer for struggling Hamburg.  He also scored a stunning 45-yard free-kick against Borussia Dortmund earlier in the season.

Jose Mourinho is believed to make some big changes to his squad this summer and Calhanoglu is a player interesting the Stamford Bridge hierarchy.

The Turkish star has been watched extensively by Chelsea scouts this season at many occasions.

Apart from Chelsea, Liverpool and Arsenal have also tracking the 20-year-old star.

Discussions at a very initial stage between Chelsea and Hamburg have taken place and the English club are understood to value Calhanoglu at around £7.5 million. However, Hamburg expect to get an amount closer to £12 million for the player.
