Louis Van Gaal appointed United manager, Ryan Giggs retires

It has been confirmed that Louis Van Gaal is going to be the Manchester United manager for a minimum of three years unless he fails to prove himself.

The Dutch manager has won quite a lot of silverware at the top level of European competitions. He has won two domestic titles n cups each in three countries and has won the the UEFA Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and many more high class trophies in Holland and Germany.

Van Gaal is likely to appoint Robin Van Persie as the captain of the club, he also being Dutch.
Veteran Ryan Giggs has been appointed as the assistant manager and he has called it quits for his player career and he would not be in the Manchester United squad for any season again which is very hard to believe, the fans seeing him since he was a mere 18 years old, now he is 40.

We wish both the Dutch and the Welshman luck for their futures and I hope that they bring more success to the club that the fans are used to.
