Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain are just a short distance away from signing Chelsea center back David Luiz for a reported sum of 40 million pounds.
Jose Mourinho has not been much impressed by the Brazilian international this season, and he is in advanced talks to sell him and seal the deal before the World Cup.

The team currently has quite a lot of big names in it like Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Edinson Cavani, Thiago Silva and many more .David Luiz would certainly be a great adding to the French team, who were beaten by none other than Chelsea in this season's UEFA Champions League quarter finals.
PSG would certainly be having quite a great center back pairing if they are able to lay their hands on Luiz, who would prove to be a great partner to country mate Thiago Silva, who is certainly one of the greatest defenders in the world at the moment.
