According to German newspaper Bild, Borussia Moenchengladbach have decided to bid £12m for Liverpool and Manchester United target Christoph Kramer in January.
It was earlier reported that both Liverpool and Man United had bid for the defensive midfielder during the summer transfer window.
The 23-year-old is currently on loan at Moenchengladbach from Bayer Leverkusen and the club is now interested to sign him on a permanent basis. Moenchengladbach is ready to pay £12m for the German International.
Bayern Munich were one of the many other clubs who were looking forward to add Kramer to their squad, but the transfer interest is said to have cooled down after they signed Xabi Alonso from Real Madrid.
Kramer has already made 33 appearances for Moenchengladbach since 2013 and also has 6 caps for Germany under his name.
