IPL 8: RCB release Yuvraj, Delhi daredevils release Dinesh Kartik and other releases

IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore have released their priced catch of the last IPL auction Yuvraj Singh. He was bought fr a big price of 14 crore rupees.

In a similar news, Delhi Daredevil have released the second highest pick of the last IPL auction Dinesh Kartik. He was bought at the price of Rs. 12.5 crore.

Kings XI Punjab also released Cheteshwar Pujara, Murali Kartik and L.Balaji. They have gained Rs.4.67 crores which they can use in the upcoming IPL 2015 auction.

December 12 was the last date for the IPL franchisees to send their list of players who they wished to release. The date was also the last date for transfers.

Below are the list of players who were transferred from different teams:

Royal Challengers Bangalore acquired Iqbal Abdulla from Rajasthan Royals and Manvinder Bisla from Kolkata Knight Riders.

Mumbai Indians released Michael Hussey and Praveen Kumar. They acquired Unmukt Chand from Rajasthan Royals and R.Vinay Kumar from KKR.

IPL 2016 will be played between April 8 and May 29.
