​Danny Welbeck started the game against Reading, but was replaced by Olivier Giroud midway through the second half.
Giroud scored both goals in last month's win over Newcastle and rounded off the thrashing of Liverpool in style. He will also be able to battle physically with Chelsea's battle hardened defenders.
