5. Joao Moutinho
Moutinho has been sensational over the years with his play making abilities. The 28 year old Portuguese spent his major part of club career in Portugal until recently when he moved to AS Monaco in 2013. Moutinho handed in a transfer request in November 2014 and has been unsettled since then. His current situation encourages the Premier League clubs to snatch this Portuguese veteran up this summer.
