4. Change the Captain
For a captain to really lead a team, he has to be playing most games, if not every game. Mikel Arteta was restricted to only seven appearances in the 2014/15 campaign, scoring zero goals and assisting one.
A player with experience, regular first-team action and an understanding of the club ethos would be ideal. Ramsey or Cazorla would be perfect candidates for the captains armband.
