English fans would know him from his time at Fulham and after enduring a difficult career path since then, the Dutch shot stopper is getting back to his best with his displays for Southampton.
With first choice Southampton keeper Fraser Forster out injured, Stekelenberg has started in all of the Saints' games so far and has kept his third consecutive clean sheet with the 0-0 draw against West Brom last week.
