Chelsea welcome Arsenal to Stamford Bridge on Saturday in an early kickoff. Both teams haven't enjoyed the best of times this season and this clash will be crucial for kick-starting the seasons of either sides. It will be a meaningful game for Petr Cech as he makes his return to the Bridge in Arsenal colors after having spent 11 years at Chelsea.
Chelsea must have restored some confidence to their side after winning and keeping a clean sheet in Europe. Chelsea endured a poor start to their league campaign and are now lying 17th in the league with just 4 points in 5 games. Chelsea have conceded more goals in EPL than any other team this season and that will be something that they would want to be careful about.
Chelsea will be without their injured first choice keeper Thibaut Courtois, while there could be changes elsewhere as well as Mourinho has indicated that he may axe poor performers. Arsenal could start with Walcott upfront after Giroud put up another listless performance against Zagreb. Wenger could retain the team that started against Stoke City, and Gabriel could keep his place on the side despite Mertesacker being back for contention. Wenger knows that this is his chance to get the better of Mourinho but he will need his players to give it all to get anything from the game.
