Former Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp has taken a dig at Brendan Rodgers by saying that the Liverpool manager misused Nuri Sahin by playing him out of position at Liverpool.
Klopp also told BBC that he believes that it was not Sahin's fault that he did not shine at Anfield. The German also mentioned that Sahin should have played as a number 6 or 8 instead of being played as a number 10 during his days at Liverpool.
The Turkish midfielder joined Liverpool from Real Madrid in a loan deal back in 2012. Sahin was able to make only 7 appearances in the season. He later moved back to Dortmund.
Liverpool fans want Brendan Rodgers to quit as a manager and Klopp is currently the first choice by most of their fans.
