Klopp will surely improve Liverpool and that in turn will force the other managers to improve. For all the talk of EPL being the most competitive league, the addition of such a manager will only do good.
Klopp also has good European experience and if he can get Liverpool into Europe next season, they have a good chance of progressing as well.
