3. Theo Walcott
Walcott signed for Arsenal from Southampton in January 2006 for a fee of £5 million rising to £12 million, depending on appearances for club and country. The final amount was revised to a total of £9.1 million by a compromise settlement agreed in 2008. Walcott earns £110,000 as weekly wages after signing a new contract ahead of the 2015–16 season. His current contract runs till 2019.
