Real Madrid right back Dani Carvajal is certainly frustrated with his lack of first team opportunities at the club, after the arrival of Danilo from Porto, this season.
Carvajal was a first choice right back for a few seasons for the Spanish giants but is currently finding it difficult to break into the starting lineup.
However, it seems that Chelsea are interested in signing the full back from Madrid. Chelsea have Serbian defender Ivanovic, who currently plays at right back, in that position and who has also recently signed a one year extension at the club.
They also have Azpilicueta, who is naturally a right back, in their ranks but it seems, the Pensioners would be interested if Carvajal wanted a way out.
Carvajal is known for his attacking prowess as a full back and it very much similar to the role that Ivanovic currently plays for Chelsea. The Serbian International has not been in the best of form this season and it was a surprise to some when a new contract was recently offered to the player.
One slight issue for Carvajal would be the lack of knowledge regarding Chelsea's new manager since Hiddink would only be till the end of this season.
However, with Danilo making that right-back position his own, it pretty much makes it necessary for Carvajal to move out of the club for better opportunities.
