Chelsea goalkeeper Petr Cech has been replaced by Thibaut Courtois as the first choice keeper at Stamford Bridge this season and was linked with a switch to Arsenal.
According to an interview by The Sun, Petr Cech accepted that he could have been a gunner over a decade ago, a couple of years before he eventually moved to the Premier League to play for Chelsea. He told the newspaper that before he went to Rennes, he was watched by Arsenal but he could not get a work permit and the situation was missed
He also told that the chief scout at Arsenal did not think that he was good enough for the English league.
