2. Daniel Levy
Tottenham chairman since 2001, Daniel Levy has been the driving force behind some awful managerial sackings and appointments at White Hart Lane. Rash in sacking Martin Jol in 2007, he also sacked Harry Redknapp in 2012 after his failure to reach the Champions League. Put simply, he simply doesn't have the right temperament for an upward looking club like Spurs.
Recently rumoured to be changing Tottenham's scouting and recruitment network in order to sell players on, Levy is one of the biggest problems in Spurs' bid to overtake Arsenal.
Until they get a chairman who is willing to back a manager and build a squad, Tottenham will never compete with the likes of Chelsea, let alone Arsenal and the Manchester sides.
