Highest Paid Managers in Football - 3

3. Arsene Wenger - £8.3 million

Arsene Wenger – a ubiquitous figure in Premier League history – signed a new and improved three year contract with Arsenal in 2014 that will see the Frenchman remain at the Emirates until at least 2017.

Arsene Wenger
The 65-year-old won two consecutive FA Cups in the last two seasons with the Gunners but has been under intense pressure to deliver this season after failing to land a single outfield player in the summer.

Arsenal’s longest serving manager, Wenger won the league on three separate occasions with the North London outfit.

Arsenal’s 2003-04 invincible season, where they did not lose a single game in the league before going on to lift the title at the end of the season, was perhaps Wenger’s finest achievement in all his time in England.
