The match that would usually be considered a formality for Chelsea is not so much a formality in this disastrous premier league season. Norwich come into this game with comparatively more confidence than Chelsea on the back of their impressive win against Swansea in the last game. They have not defeated Chelsea since 1994 and Alex Neil would not be wrong if he felt that this would be the right opportunity to change that record. With Matt Jarvis most likely absent and Redmond having mostly recovered from his thigh injury, Neil may be able to play his best possible 11.
