It seems Everton would be taken over by new owners from the Middle East. The club is in talks with respect to the takeover but nothing has been confirmed yet.
The Toffees were earlier in the season linked with a take over from an American consortium but it seems, a new party from the Middle East is most likely going to be their owners. The takeover is reportedly for an amount of around £200 million.
Everton have not been the most free-spending club in the Premier league for the last few seasons and have a system that relies mostly on their youth system and shrewd signings.
