Liverpool Transfer Rumours – Part 2

6. Guillermo Ochoa. This Mexican goalkeeper had a very good world cup back in 2014 and has since played even better for La Liga side Malaga. Liverpool want this keeper to be the new number 1 at Anfield to replace struggling Mignolet. This January would be the perfect time to try and sign this keeper, as there seems to be a very small amount of competition to sign the Mexican.

7. Radja Nainggolan. This Belgian starlet has reportedly already snubbed Liverpool. He rejected a £60,000 a week a contract, electing to stay at AS Roma. This powerful box-to-box midfielder would certainly strengthen the Liverpool team.

8. Martin Montoya. This Spaniard is the number 2 right back at Barcelona, behind, of course, Dani Alves. He has, however, recently come out to the press to announce he is willing to leave Barcelona, and particularly wants to join a Barclays Premier League side. Liverpool have been interested in the Spaniard for a couple of seasons now, but they may have missed their chance to sign him. Despite him expressing his interest to join a premier league club, Juventus have apparently nearly completed his transfer. Liverpool will need to act fast to get his signature.

9. Nathaniel Clyne. This English right-back has definitely impressed so far this season, and has been by far the best right-back in England so far this season. Is this going to be another Southampton player to join Liverpool? There are so many ex-Saints playing for Liverpool now, they have been nicknamed “Liverhamptonpool”!

10. Alan Dzagoev. This 23 year old star was just four years ago nicknamed the “Russian Messi” after his impressive performance during the 2010 South Africa World Cup. Since then, he has been quite quiet, but he’s back in the press of late, as Liverpool apparently want to sign this CSKA Moscow attacking midfielder. He apparently has a £15.5 million buy-out clause, which Liverpool should certainly be able to afford.
