4. John Radford
Radford joined Arsenal youth academy in 1962 as a trainee and went on to play senior professional football for the club from 1964. He scored 149 goals in 481 appearances for the club.
In 1976, Malcolm Macdonald and Frank Stapleton became the first choice attacking pair option for the club, which made Radford decide to leave the club. He joined West Ham United in 1976 for a fee of £80,000.
